Operated successfully by our team between 2023 and 2025, Luwak Coffee delivered a pleasant experience through its quality service approach, rich menu, and welcoming ambiance. As of 2025, Luwak Coffee has ceased its operations. Nevertheless, the experience we gained and the value we created during this period have become a strong foundation for our future projects.
Torta Patisserie was located at the main entrance of Bakikhanov Mall, on the first floor, offering both fast food options and a variety of desserts. Known for its delicious sweets such as tiramisu, cheesecake, and other desserts, the venue was considered an ideal place for short breaks and special moments. Operated successfully by our team between 2023 and 2025, Torta Patisserie provided a pleasant experience through its rich menu and high-quality service approach. As of 2025, Torta Patisserie has ceased its operations. However, the experience gained and the value created during this period have become an important foundation for future projects.
Bakikhanov Mall Trade and Entertainment Center has been operating since April 8, 2023, as one of Baku’s dynamic shopping and leisure destinations. Located in the central square of Bakikhanov settlement on Yaver Aliyev Street, the mall offers visitors an ideal environment for shopping, entertainment, and relaxation. Built in a modern architectural style, Bakikhanov Mall provides a wide range of opportunities catering to all age groups. Hosting many well-known clothing and restaurant chains in the country, the center brings popular brands together in one location, enhancing the shopping experience for visitors. The management of Bakikhanov Mall was successfully transferred by our team in 2025, and the facility continues its operations under a new operator.

Consisting of VR Zone, Happy Zone, Bumper Cars, Trampoline Park, Zoom Zone, and Bowling halls, the center stood out with its uniqueness in the entertainment sector. It also hosted one of the country’s leading cinema brands, offering visitors the opportunity to watch the latest movies in high quality. The Bakikhanov Entertainment Center served as a place where people of all ages could enjoy their time in a fun and pleasant environment. The management of the Bakikhanov Entertainment Center was successfully transferred by our team in 2025, and the facility currently continues its operations under the “Kids Station” brand.

Operating on a 1400 square meter area, Deyirmen Un Məmulatları specializes in selling pizza, pasta, and patisserie products in a café concept. It is the location among our establishments with the longest operating hours. Deyirmen Un Məmulatları operates daily from 07:00 to 02:00. Playing a highly significant role in Turkey, Deyirmen Un Məmulatları continues its operations under the franchise model.
Karasu Teknik was established on March 10, 2022, to provide services to the shipping and maritime sector. With a team of 14 shipbuilding engineers and over 40 technical staff for fieldwork, the company aims to make significant contributions to the shipping and maritime industry. Karasu Teknik's motto is to provide uninterrupted service and maintenance, primarily in the Caspian Sea. It is the sole sales and service center for HD Hyundai Marine Electric Korea in Turkey and Azerbaijan. Additionally, Karasu Teknik supplies spare parts for ships' electrical, electronic, and electromechanical systems.
