Who are we?
The foundation of the Karadeniz Group of Companies was laid in 2005 with the establishment of Karadeniz LLC, founded by Musa Okumuş, who initiated the company’s business activities in the construction sector. Over the years, Karadeniz LLC has expanded its operations and grown into a large group of companies operating in the café, restaurant, hotel management, maritime, and construction industries, employing more than 300 personnel.
Throughout its operations, the company has successfully completed over 50 construction projects, including fully operational hotels, factories, commercial and entertainment centers, as well as road construction works.
Karadeniz Group of Companies is a family-owned enterprise with its own capital. Its core values are employee safety, environmental responsibility, high-quality engineering, operational efficiency, and strong ethical principles. At the heart of all these values lies customer satisfaction.
Headquartered in Baku, Azerbaijan, the Karadeniz Group of Companies also has representative offices in Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, and Turkey.
Today, the group is led by its founder, Musa Okumuş – Chairman of the Board.
