Almaty Kazakhstan - KZI Bank in Almaty Ziraat Bank

The bank and business center project for KZI Bank in Almaty, Kazakhstan, developed under Ziraat Bankası, has a total enclosed area of 40,000 m². Within the scope of this project, the design, implementation, installation, and commissioning processes of integrated building management systems (BMS)—including electrical, mechanical, fire safety, CCTV (camera), and parking management systems—are being carried out by our team. The project includes the integrated design and implementation of medium- and low-voltage electrical distribution infrastructure, lighting systems, generator and UPS solutions, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems, fire detection and suppression systems, access control and security infrastructures, as well as smart parking guidance and management systems. All systems are centrally monitored and controlled through a building management system, ensuring optimized performance and high efficiency. In addition, the project adopts a turnkey approach based on energy efficiency, sustainability, and compliance with international standards, utilizing high-quality equipment, advanced technological solutions, and well-coordinated on-site implementation practices. Site applications, testing, and commissioning activities are progressing in line with the planned schedule, and as of September 2025, the project is actively ongoing.
